Your mind is your own. We're building Silent Standard with privacy and trust at the forefront. We collect only the information necessary to run our service and to improve your experience. We never sell your data.

As we evolve, we may use anonymized insights to refine features like Rhythm and Signal. We store personal data in encrypted databases and follow best practices to keep it safe.

Signal AI

When you chat with Signal, the message you send is transmitted to OpenAI, our AI provider, so it can generate a reply. Per OpenAI's API terms, your messages are not used to train their models. Silent Standard does not store the content of your Signal conversations on our servers; conversation history is kept only in your browser. When Signal detects a possible crisis, we record anonymous metadata (that a crisis response was shown, and the moderation scores) so we can keep the safety system working — never the text of your message.

Signal is an AI assistant, not a medical or crisis service. In an emergency, call or text 988.
